Salta City Water Treatment Plant – Southern Area

The work consists of an expansion of the existing plant that will increase its processing capacity from 2,600 m³/h to 5,000 m³/h.

A new module will be built that includes screens, sand removal, a lifting station, primary settlers, trickling beds with a stone mantle, secondary settlers, chlorine gas dosing, contact chamber, and drainage to the Arenales River.

New headquarters of the General Archive of the Nation

Type of Work: Technical Supervision and Inspection of the construction of the work.

Ocean Palms Building, Florida, US

Type of Work: BIM development, with the computation of elements.

Ocean Palms is a 42-story multifamily complex located in the city of Miami, Florida. It must be restored in its facade and glazing.

Sewerage Plan of the Northwest of Buenos Aires

Type of work: The first Stage of Preliminary Studies, the Projects of Collecting Networks, Pumping Stations and pipelines of the Master Plan and of the Works of the First Stage. Bidding documentation of the latter. 

The works to be carried out consist of the preparation of a Sewage Master Plan (Collection Networks, Pumping Stations, Conduction and Treatment Plant) and Executive Design of the 1st stage works. Their implementation comprises 5 stages which are: 1) Preliminary Studies (compilation of information, studies, design parameters and identification of alternatives); 2) Selection of alternatives (health pre-designs, environmental, economic and management studies, payment capacity survey); 3) Master Plan and sanitary hydraulic designs of the selected alternative; 4) Executive Project of 1st stage works; 5) Bidding Documentation.

Metrobus 25 de Mayo highway

Type of work: Work inspection / Structural calculations review / Documentation review of new electrical installations / Hygiene and safety / Environment. 

a) Work linking the Boards: construction of the Linkage of the Boards of the 25 de Mayo Highway in order to generate an exclusive corridor for the circulation of passenger vehicles on the layout of said highway from PK 0 +630 to PK 8 + 000 (7,370 m). It included the replacement of new luminaires installed on the right lane of each direction of traffic, In the Section between the progressive PK 0+ 630 to PK 8 + 000; b) Viaduct Expansion Work: Expansion of the width of the current roads of the AU 25 de Mayo in the Center direction to be able to materialize the exclusive Metrobus lane from the Dellepiane toll embankment to Pillado street, intervening approximately 1,000 m of the Highway. The work included the review of the Contractor’s socio-environmental Management Plan and the monitoring of its implementation. From the Dellepiane toll embankment to Calle Pillado, intervening approximately 1,000 m from the Highway.

Subway line “B”: Lacroze – Villa Urquiza

Type of Work: Executive project. 

Executive project to extend Line B of the subways of the City of Buenos Aires by 3.6 km. The objective was to link the populous neighborhood of Villa Urquiza with the city center, with 3 intermediate stations, the last of which was connected to the Miter railroad tracks. The works included, among others: tunnels, stations, garage and underground rail grid, 8 transformation substations and the renewal of the signal system.

Infrastructure of the Country Club Abril

Type of work: Master Plan, study of alternatives, preliminary project and bidding project.

Drinking water: 4 boreholes, 2 elevated tanks of 100 m³ each and a 32 km distribution network and service with household connections to 1,400 lots with a design population of 6,000 inhabitants. Sewer drains: collector networks and collectors of 39 km. The effluents were treated by 2 treatment plants of the extended aeration type for 4,000 inhabitants each. Electric power: medium voltage network ringed to serve 1,400 properties, at 13.2 kV that feeds 9 S.E.T. 13.2 / 0.400 kV-1000 kVA. Exterior lighting system and road lighting network on the perimeter; weak current network for telephony, cable television; internal security and audio system. Sheets of general and particular technical specifications. Computation and budget.

Swift meat processing plant

Type of Work: Engineering review, monitoring and control of equipment manufacturing and construction management. 

Engineering review, monitoring and control of equipment manufacturing and construction management of a full cycle slaughterhouse-refrigerator, with the capacity to slaughter 1,440 cattle per day, enabled to export to the United States of North America and to member countries of the European Economic Community . The covered area of the plant is approximately 61,000 m².

Mitre Railway: Buenos Aires – Rosario

Type of work: Executive Project Review and Work Inspection. 

The main objective of the works is the renovation of the railway infrastructure as defined by the plans, profiles, details and specifications established in the Bidding documentation of the same.

The work Contractor must carry out the Executive Project and the detailed Engineering of the same, submitting both for the approval of the Work Inspection. Likewise, it must prepare the Environmental Impact Study and the Environmental Management Plan and develop the resulting measures. In the same way, he must carry out the maintenance and conservation of the works that he builds until the final reception, which will also be the object of the Inspection.

Aguada Pichana Gas Exploitation

Type of work: Direction and inspection of the topographic and geotechnical works of the Aguada Pichana gas pipeline and processing plant project. Hydrological studies

Central Processing Plant (CPF), four (4) cluster sites, three (3) trunk lines of approximately eight (8) to ten (10) km in length, which transport natural gas, forty (40) km of gas pipeline that they transport the processed gas and forty (40) km of radio communication lines. 150 km northwest of the city of Neuquén, near the town of Añelo. Preparation of the specifications of the topographic studies and geotechnical investigations, call for bids for the award of the works and direction and inspection thereof. Work progress control, work test control, measurement and certification. Reception of the works. Execution of hydrological studies in seven alluvial basins and in the Bajo de Añelo, analysis of floods in the Neuquén River, downstream of Portezuelo Grande, and recommendations regarding the erosion of the riverbed.
