Latinoconsult prepared the technical-economic feasibility report, the executive project, and the tender documents and technical specifications for the complex’s call for bids. The work carried out covered the following aspects, among others: generation of electricity, regulation of flows to avoid the negative impacts of large floods and allow the rational use of water for irrigation, drinking water and for industrial uses.
