Oceania Building, Florida, US

Type of Work: BIM modeling and computation with scope LOD 200 of elements of the building’s facades.

The Oceania building is a 32-story multi-family building located in Sunny Isles in the city of Miami.

Urban Development in Cariló

Type of work: Master Plan and Executive Project.

The urban development is located in an area of 650 ha between Route 11 and the beach a few km south of Cariló in the jurisdiction of Villa Gesell. It includes the implementation of private lots, villages, hotel, commercial areas, sports areas, 18-hole golf course, driving, service areas, club house, gastronomy, sea club, etc. In order to complete the works, the following initial stages were proposed:

• Stage 1: Master Plan.

• Stage 2: Executive Project of the entire infrastructure: pavements, storm drains, drinking water, sewers, electricity, gas, irrigation, etc. The different disciplines were technically coordinated, including urban planning, procedures and golf course to be hired directly by the Atlántico Project S.A .; All the documentation generated was centralized and the technical file of the project was managed.

Garabí and Panambí Hydroelectric Plants

Type of Work: Preliminary project and bidding project. 

The AH Garabí is located at km 863 of the Uruguay River, in the municipalities of Garruchos, Province of Corrientes, Argentina and Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. It has an installed power of 1,152 MW. It is equipped with 8 vertical axis Kaplan-type hydrogenerators and a 22-gate spillway with an evacuation capacity of 80,066 m³ / s. The closure consists of a homogeneous dam of loose material 2,430 m long and 40.5 m high. The object of the works included the technical-economic studies and the bidding project for the construction of the works. First Stage: Preliminary Project and Second Stage: Bidding Project. The AH Panambí is located at km 1016 of the Uruguay River, in the Municipalities of Oberá, Province of Misiones, Argentina and Alecrim of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. An installed power of 1048 MW is estimated. It is planned to equip 7 Kaplan-type hydrogenerator groups and two weirs with 12 and 10 gates of 19.7 m wide each, with a total evacuation capacity of 81,511 m³ / s. The initial studies contemplate a concrete dam 90 m long and 34 m high. The object of the works includes the technical-economic studies and the bidding project for the construction of the works. First Stage: Preliminary Project and Second Stage: Bidding Project.

North Treatment Plant Expansion

Type of Work: Preparation of electrical projects 

Carrying out 3 electrical projects including: the expansion of the 3rd Module of AySA’s North Treatment Plant, adding capacity for 300,000 inhabitants; the expansion of the “Las Catonas” Treatment Plant, increasing the capacity for 600,000 inhabitants; the Maschwitz pumping station with an inlet duct Ø greater than or equal to 500 mm; including in all: descriptive, calculation, operating memories for the automation, technical specifications, guaranteed data sheets, plans (single lines, pipes, layout), list of materials with quantities, scopes, calculations and construction deadlines and execution plan of the works.

Expansion of Av. Gral. Paz

Type of Work: Executive project and complete documentation.  

Executive project and complete documentation for the remodeling of the General Paz Avenue, taking it to the category of urban highway, with total access control, in the section: “Llavallol-Santo Tomé”, length: 5.2 km. • Campaign work: topographic surveys, soundings, tests; • Executive layout project, basic works of intercoms, bridges and pavements including the designs of the slope, drains, signaling, design of the protection and security elements; • Computations and budgets. Miami Cruise Terminal, Florida, US

Type of Work: Calculation of elements of the building’s facades, from a BIM Model made by third parties.

The cruise terminal, belonging to an important naval line, will have the possibility of receiving two large vessels simultaneously, while the terminal will have a capacity of 28,000 people.
