Inspection of public services. The works consist of the inspection and comprehensive control of the public urban hygiene service, which includes waste collection, sweeping and other related tasks performed by the company hired for this purpose. Most of the tasks are carried out through the application of computer systems consisting of a GIS application with a GPS positioning system with data transmission using GPRS technology. As soon as deficiencies in the service are detected, they are transmitted online to the operations base. The system generates the daily and monthly reports, and the calculation of all the indices of provision of each urban hygiene service provided by the Contractor.
