Name: Master plan and executive project for urban development in Villa Gesell
Brief description: The urban development is located on a 650-hectare area between Route 11 and the beach, a few kilometers south of Cariló, in the jurisdiction of Villa Gesell. It includes the development of private lots, villages, a hotel, commercial areas, sports facilities, an 18-hole golf course, a driving range, service areas, a clubhouse, a restaurant, a beach club, etc. Stage 1: Master Plan; Stage 2: Executive Project for all infrastructure (paving, storm drains, drinking water, sewers, electricity, gas, irrigation, etc.).
