The project consisted of the design of a parking lot with two basements; the first for bus lines and the second for private vehicles belonging to public officials. It will be located in the block between Madero, La Rábida, Rosales and Perón avenues.
Currently the property contains a parking lot on the surface and the presidential heliport, which will be moved, allowing the landscaping to be carried out at level.
The construction method consists of the execution of piles in situ and concrete screen to make the perimeter walls and the construction of a sub-pressure slab, all conveniently braced with anchors. Then the interior structure of beams, columns, slabs and interior partition is built. As indicated by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, given the need to carry out the work in 15 months, the structural design was based on pre-molded structures.
The project is completed with ventilation, fire-fighting, exhaust and electrical installations; In addition, it was also necessary to study a traffic model to verify the impact of the work on the road environment.
