The scope includes the execution of the Infrastructure Preliminary Project and the Bidding Project for the trunk networks that make up the macro-blocks of the San Martín Urbanization Project, as well as the complete management of Feasibilities of services for the Master Plan.

The project of the following specialties is included: Potable Water, Sewage Drains, Storm Drains, Electrical Network, Lighting and Weak Currents, Gas, Road Geometric Design and Pavements.

Irrigation Mari Menuco

Type of work: Executive Project.

Development of a dual-purpose system that consisted of taking and conducting water from Lake Mari Menuco to the confluence area, with the aim of providing drinking water to the cities of Senillosa, Plottier, Neuquén, Centenario, Vista Alegre and San Patricio del Chañar, with a project population of 470,000 inhabitants, and simultaneously deliver water for irrigation of 15,000 ha of land in the plateau area through which the pipeline work will pass.

STAGE I: It included the necessary works in order to determine the general characteristics of the work and the definition of the trace.

STAGE II: Completion of the preliminary draft of the entire pipeline work, both in its linear part and in its head, works of art, derivatives, reservoirs, purification and distribution. It also included the preliminary draft of an irrigation system for the plateau in the area of ​​influence of the work, determining derivation and control works, primary and secondary channels, drains, subdivision, feasible crops, etc. The work included the aerial photogrammetric restitution and the edaphological studies of the irrigation area.

STAGE III: Evaluation of the Executive Project of the intake work.

National Route No. 14

Type of work: Site inspection. 

The work consists of duplicating the road of National Route No. 14, as an integral part of the corridor in the Province of Entre Ríos. The basic work and pavement to be executed for the duplication of the road will be done at a crown width of 11.30 m. Composed of a 7.30 m wide rigid paved road, an external shoulder of 3.00 m paved in 2.5 m and 0.50 m covered with grass and an internal shoulder of 1.00 m covered with grass soil. The total length of this section of work is 34,781.98 meters. The contract sector includes 4 bridges, namely: Bridge over Arroyo La China; Bridge over Arroyo El Sauce; Bridge over Arroyo El Molino; and Bridge over Arroyo Colman. The Inspection will carry out the necessary tasks to ensure that the Work Contractor effectively complies with the stipulations contained in the Contract, in the Designs and in the Specifications. The technical-administrative control of the works will be carried out and it will require that they be carried out within the required quality standards and in accordance with the best engineering practices; and minimizing the environmental impact that they may have.

Hospital: Petrona V. de Cordero

Type of work: Direction and Technical Inspection of Architectural and Engineering Works.

The works consisted of remodeling the Hospital, including electrical, sanitary, gas,  thermomechanical and gaseous fluid installations, as well as civil works (structure and masonry). (3,600 m²). Covered area of works to remodel: 1,600 m². Covered area of new works: 2,000 m².

Comahue – Cuyo Interconnection Northern Section

Type of Work: Technical assistance and Inspection of the works. 

The Comahue-Cuyo interconnection, in its northern section, includes the construction of a series of energy transport and transformation works to carry out technical assistance and technical and environmental inspection of the works of the interconnection system between the T.S. Greater Mendoza and the T.S. The Reyunos. The works include: a) a LEAT in 500 kV between the mentioned station, with a length of 188 km and a LAT in 200 kV between the new T.S. Los Reyunos and the existing one, with a length of 7 km; and b) T.S. transformers in Greater Mendoza (expansion) and the new T.S. in Los Reyunos, both in 500 kV and the expansion of the latter in 220 kV. The work included the review of the Contractor’s socio-environmental Management Plan and the monitoring of its implementation.

Interconnection 500 kV ET Rodeo-ET La Rioja Sur – Section V

Type of Work: Study, Basic Project and Bidding Documentation. 

The tasks to be carried out consist of Basic Studies and the execution of Basic Engineering for the construction of: * the Extra High Voltage transmission line (500 kV), simple triple, between the Rodeo Substation (Province of San Juan) and the La Rioja Substation South (Province of La Rioja), approximate length of 350 km; * the expansion of the La Rioja Sur substation for the terna exit to the Rodeo substation and * the 500 kV Beach of the Rodeo substation, in accordance with the existing pre-design. It includes the preparation of the general and technical specifications and conditions, and the Environmental Impact Study of the complete transmission line and the corresponding transformer stations.

Formosa rain studies

Type of Work: General Coordination of the works. Execution of hydraulic works, structures and topographies. Execution of pluviometry works, modeling of rainwater networks, GIS, structures, electromechanics and topography through subcontracts. Report writing.

Analysis of the behavior of the current storm drainage system of the City of Formosa and its pumping stations. Identification and selection of alternatives for the remodeling of the system and the optimization of the pumping stations. Preparation of the terms of reference for the preparation of executive projects.

National Route No. 23

Type of Work: Construction inspection.

Inspection of road work of 45 km in length with two bridges. The work consists of the construction of new construction of National Route No. 23, as an integral part of the east-west corridor, Province of Río Negro. The basic work and pavement to be executed will be done on a 13.30 m crown width composed of a 7.30 m wide flexible pavement road, 3 m shoulders. The total length of this section of work is 45,000 meters. All necessary technical and administrative activities will be carried out to ensure that the Work Contractor effectively complies with the stipulations contained in the Contract, in the designs and in the Specifications and Project Sheets.

Engineering studies for mitigation works in the Punta del Este Marina

Marina Punta del Este

Updating the hydrological and hydraulic studies of the El Potrero Stream in Portezuelo Bay from the Control Works at Laguna del Sauce to its mouth at the site of the future port works for the Punta del Este Marina. The studies determined a baseline for the El Potrero Stream without any works and the influence of the proposed marina works on its operation. The studies analyzed alternative works to mitigate the effects of flooding on neighboring properties. The selected alternative was developed at the Final Project level, contemplating the construction of 1,700 m of riparian defense with mattresses.

Study for the integral use of the river Negro

Type of work: Study for the integral use of the Negro river. Stages I and II. 

Stage I: Study at the inventory level to establish the possible alternatives for the use of the Negro River (1000 m³ / s), from the confluence of the Limay and Neuquén rivers to their mouth in the Atlantic Ocean (650 km in length). Eleven closures composed of a frontal embankment and a lateral closure of about 20 km each were studied to avoid flooding of irrigated areas. The height was variable between 12 and 25 m, with an alternative of an excavated channel. The powers, by use, varied between 200 MW and 330 MW, the total energy that could be generated was about 15,000 GWh / year. An analysis of the electricity market was carried out. The following works were carried out: a) Compilation and analysis of the Available Information. b) Determination of the population. c) Study of the endowments. d) Calculation of design flows for drinking water, and evacuation of residual liquids. e) Environmental studies. f) Edaphological studies of future irrigated areas to be irrigated in the river valley (400,000 ha) and in plateau areas (1,600,000 ha). g) Agroeconomic studies.
Stage II: Pre-feasibility studies of an area of approximately 100,000 ha. Water supply to populations and industries. Development of irrigation, drainage and land reclamation. Fruit and vegetable production. Links and land transport. Fruit and vegetable production. Hydroelectric production. Navigation and river transport. Control of floods, erosions, protection of margins and alluvium. Ecological and natural resource preservation. Tourism and recreation. Hydroelectric works on the Negro River included the Allen, Roca, Mainque and Villa Regina closures. The Senillosa and Plottier closures were included in the Limay river. The closures were composed of a frontal embankment and a lateral embankment of about 20 km long, each. The height varies between 12 and 20 m, with the alternative of an excavated channel, while the powers, by use, are in the order of 200 to 300 MW.
