Irrigation Oloman

Type of work: Feasibility study and final designs.

Feasibility study and tender project to provide irrigation to an area of ​​about 3,800 ha to benefit about 1,000 small and medium farmers and enable them to diversify the monoculture of corn through the introduction of higher value crops for the local, regional market and international. It was proposed to irrigate 3,000 ha from the diversion of waters from the Cuyamapa River. The study included the final engineering designs for the construction of the works and the bidding documentation, placing emphasis on the evaluation of natural resources, having developed hydrogeological prospecting works and soil science works to establish the suitability of the lands for irrigation, work of aerophotogrammetric restitution, topography, geology and geotechnics and a survey of the strata of small and medium producers. Through participatory workshops, the project was discussed with future users in all its aspects.

Irrigation of the Northwest Cañar development project

Type of Work: Executive Project. 

Preparation of the executive project of a regulation dam, several intake works, main and secondary channels for the irrigation of approximately 4,400 ha in areas of the Parishes of Tambo, Juncal, Zhud, Suscal, San Francisco Gualleturo and San Antonio de Pahuancay, in the Province of Cañar.

Low level crossing of Piedrabuena and Cafayate with Belgrano Sur railway

Type of Work: Preliminary Project and Environmental Impact Study

Modeling of roads in conjunction with the underpass structure and urban design project.

Technical Study of Environmental Impact and the elaboration of the Preliminary Draft of the low level crossing of Av. Piedrabuena and Cafayate with the Belgrano Sur railway, which includes topographical survey, photographic survey, survey of tree species, identification of interferences to be removed, geometric design , analysis of structures, hydraulic design, architecture, lighting, pumping station with electromechanical equipment, design of pavements and signs.

Slaughterhouse Santa Cruz de la Sierra

Type of work: Feasibility study. Final design. Detailed engineering. Preparation of bidding documents.

Determination of the slaughter capacity of cattle and pigs (600 cattle / day and 200 pigs / day). Santa Cruz de la Sierra (650,000 inhabitants).

Regional Development: Guayape Valley

Type of work: Technical assistance.

Irrigation: Project and supervision of the construction of 16 small projects of irrigation systems, mostly by gravity (approximately 400 ha). Execution of topographic surveys. Agricultural Extension: organization of the extension service (50 extension workers); development of the corresponding methodology to assist 1,200 producers and cooperative groups of beneficiaries of the Agrarian Reform. Calculation of earth movements, etc. Design of catchment structures, drains and trenches. Preparation of final designs, estimated cost and bidding documents.

Agricultural Development El Porteño

Type of work: Preliminary studies, feasibility report and preliminary project.

Agricultural development of 40,000 ha of the project, which included: topographic surveys, geotechnics, hydrometry, photointerpretation, survey and mapping of soils at a semi-detailed level, defining the suitability of the soils for irrigation and rainfed, water-flow, installation of a network of 65 water meters, commercialization and market, competitive supply areas; seasonality; price analysis; transportation costs; supply and demand projections, study of marketing channels with identification of participants and functions, agricultural development: selection of productive activities, definition of typical production units, financing, irrigation: water requirements of crops, definition of areas to irrigate, subdivision, preliminary diagrams of hydraulic works, economic-financial aspects.

Control of floods Chacras de Coria

Type of work: Drafts and executive projects.

Preparation of preliminary plans and executive projects for alluvial mitigation works caused by intense rainfall, to protect the southwestern area of Greater Mendoza (approximately 13,000 ha). Chacras de Coria Dam: 45 m high and 800 m long loose material dam. Sosa Dam, loose materials 30 m high and 350 m long. Systems of defenses and collectors of alluvial drains for the protection of the areas of Vistalba and Chacras de Coria. La Canterita Dam, loose materials 21 m high and 300 m long. Transfer works from the Maure Basin to Chacras de Coria. Maure Dam (jetty 20 m high and 300 m long) and complementary works (revision and expansion of existing works). System of defenses and collectors of storm drains of the East Basin. Seismic risk analysis.

Comprehensive use of the water resources of the Colorado River

Type of Work: Climatological and hydrological studies. 

Climatological and hydrological studies (determination of the locations of meteorological stations and gauging, etc.) of the Colorado River basin, which has 134,000 km². Design of a scheme for the multiple use of water resources that considered two alternatives with their respective stages of placing under irrigation of dominated areas, river and construction of regulation and diversion dams. The net irrigable area was 1,100,000 ha. The installed power in the possible uses was 560 MW and the annual energy of 30,906 Wh.

Underground railway Sarmiento

Type of work: Bidding, contracting and execution of consulting services.

The main objective of the modernization of this urban rail passenger transport system, in addition to the renovation of the rolling stock, the modernization of civil infrastructures, the improvement of the architectural and environmental insertion of the infrastructures and, therefore, the adaptation of the railway facilities in order to guarantee the safety and reliability conditions of the railway system. The Stages in which the project will be subdivided will be the following:

Stage 1: Caballito – Liniers;
Stage 2: Liniers-Castelar;
Stage 3: Castelar-Moreno.

Construction Inspection Support Services – Exploratory Surveys and Exploitation Drilling

It is made available to AySA  three (3) geologists to carry out inspection tasks at works in the Province of Buenos Aires, AMBA zone, and to perform technical and administrative control of water exploration and exploitation projects.

All personnel are supervised and managed by AySA.

Each one is provided with a laptop, cell phone, specific equipment, and a vehicle.
