Type of Work: Technical feasibility study of infrastructure, negotiations with companies providing services and development of the Bidding Preliminary Project.
The scope includes the execution of the Infrastructure Preliminary Project and the Bidding Project for the trunk networks that make up the macro-blocks of the San Martín Urbanization Project, as well as the complete management of Feasibilities of services for the Master Plan. The project of the following specialties is included: Potable Water, Sewage Drains, Storm Drains, Electrical Network, Lighting and Weak Currents, Gas, Road Geometric Design and Pavements.
