Modernization of Subway Line “A”

Type of work: Supervision, project review and coordination of the following civil works contracts and equipment supply and installation contracts:

a) Total renovation of tracks and track devices, 

b) Civil works (ventilation, fire-fighting and emergency lighting systems; pumping wells; escalators, conditioning of stations and service elevators suitable for the disabled),

c) electrical installations and 3 rectifying transformer stations,

d) signaling and radio communications.

Waste Management Jujuy

Type of Work: Solid Waste Master Plan, Institutional Strengthening, Integral Social Plan and Executive Projects 

Specific engineering consulting services in reference to the comprehensive management of solid waste, institutional strengthening and comprehensive social plan for waste, in the province of Jujuy, including the provision of multidisciplinary expert profiles required according to the Bank’s award contract. European Investment Fund (EIB). Benefited population: approximately 800,000 inhabitants including tourists who visit the region. The will also include the analysis of producing renewable energy from non-fossil raw materials and recovery of landfills that generate greenhouse gases.

Urbanization of Solares de Santa María

Type of work: Preliminary project and technical assistance.

Urbanization of a plot of 72 ha approx. located on the Costanera Sur (former Sports City of Boca Juniors). It is a project with a residential profile and mixed uses (shops, offices, hotels, sports and nautical clubs, supermarkets and parking lots). It contemplates the transfer of 358,000 m2 of land for public parks ranging from 30 m wide to 130 m, thus adding more than 90,000 m², trunk boulevards, transfers of all plots of water to public use, which could be used as future moorings. At the same time, a pedestrian promenade starts from the edge of the Costanera Sur and borders the entire river on its north bank that borders the Ecological Reserve, it extends like a boardwalk through the central sector of shops in the shape of a “horseshoe” and then through the public parks that, like a ribbon, end on the river front and return to the Avenida de la Costanera Sur.

Río Coronda – Rosario Oeste electrical interconnection

Type of Work: Contribution of the participation of different professionals, technicians and administrators to make up the work team of the Consortium. 

The work contemplates the performance of the tasks indicated in the name of the work, for the following work sectors: Expansion of the T.S. Rio Coronda 500/132 kV; extension of the T.S. Rosario Oeste 500/220/132 kV and 500 kV line between both stations. The work includes reviewing the Contractor’s socio-environmental Management Plan and monitoring its implementation.

Type of work: Supervision of works 

The consulting tasks carried out were the following: Engineering Review; Management planning and control; Supervision of works and administration of contracts and preparation of reports.

Mones Cazón Stream Project

Type of work: Executive project.

Objective of the work: execution of the executive project of works for flood control in an area of approx. 6,500 km² to the south east of the towns of Pehuajó, 9 de Julio and Bragado. They included the Mones Cazón Canal, 120 km long and 50 m³ / s in flow, the readjustment of the linkage canal, 8 km, the 6 km Canal del Este and the Aº Saladillo, 21 km long, with flows between 60 and 100 m³ / s. It also included a 26 km long and 3 m high endowment to generate a 90 hm³ flood regulation reservoir in the Bragado municipal lagoon and related works such as landfill and evacuation gates.

Resistencia Water Plant

Type of work: Inspection Consulting Services 

The Nueva Resistencia Plant is located upstream from Puerto Barranqueras (Province of Chaco). The Water Treatment Plant Optimization and Expansion works are divided into four large groups: Intake work; Water treatment plant; Pumps and control and remote management system. The existing facilities of the plant were designed for a drinking water flow of 3,000 m³ / h and currently treats a raw water flow of 3,400 m³ / h, with peaks of 3,600 m³ / h to meet demand. These facilities will be optimized and expanded to produce a drinking water flow of 6,000 m³ / h.

Formosa Water Master Plan

Type of work: Master Plan, pre-feasibility studies of works and preliminary project. 

Pre-feasibility studies of works and preliminary project. The final objective is to achieve the development of the maximum economic potential of all activities related to the resource within a framework of social and sustainable development. The studies have an integral character not only in the setting of the stated objectives but also in the development of the studies, since they contemplate in order to achieve these objectives the consideration of all the physical and social aspects that affect it. It includes campaign surveys for the elaboration of the geomorphological, vegetation and soil map and the elaboration of a GIS for the Provincial Water Coordinating Unit. A Master Plan is prepared based on the prioritization of the identified works, using a hydrological mathematical model as a tool. It also includes the legal-institutional aspects related to the management and use of water resources.

Innovation Park

Type of Work: Field studies (Topography and Geotechnics); Infrastructure Executive Projects; Bid Documentation; Computation and Budget.

– BIM modeling with LOD 300 scope of drinking water, sewage, rainwater, electricity and gas networks and complementary structures to the infrastructure.

– 3D coordination and interference analysis.

Executive project and computation for the subsequent tender for the execution of the laying of service infrastructures (Water-Sewage-Gas-Electricity-Rainwater), considering a system of galleries under public roads that allow maintenance and avoid subsequent breakages and the traditional system in ditch. Design population 33,474 inhabitants.

Metrobús 9 de Julio Av. distributor

Type of Work: Review and approval of the Executive Project, and Inspection of the work, including works to remove interference from public services and temporary traffic diversions. 

Reversal of the direction of movement of the guided lanes at different levels (tunnels of 491 m and 493 m), and crossing the tunnel under Av. San Juan until it connects with the intermodal transfer station in Plaza Constitución. The work includes reviewing the Contractor’s socio-environmental Management Plan and monitoring its implementation.
