Derivation weir in Santiago del Estero

Type of Work: Technical inspection. 

The works built, located about 3 km downstream from the border with the Province of Salta, in the area called Cruz Bajada, included the execution of a weir over the Salado River, a sand trap, a fish ladder, an intake that allowed the diversion of from the river a flow of 18 m³ / s feeding the Link Channel (0.5 km long) to the distributor node of flows and, from the latter, to the section that was built of the Canal de Dios (22.8 km long ).

Ezeiza International Airport – Airside

Type of Work: Preparation of technical documentation.  

The works included the preparation of the technical documentation defined as Preliminary Draft and Expansion Project of the commercial and cargo platform and construction of a new foxtrot taxiway, with the following specialties: • Topography; • Floors and Pavements; • Visual aids; • Aircraft positions on the apron; • Beaconing; • Geometric design; • Storm drains; • Study of work stages; • Technical specifications; • Computation and budget; • Retrofitting of the fuel supply system.

Hospitals: Fernández

Type of work: Supervision of works. 

The works carried out included the rehabilitation and improvements of the hospital, which is a basement building in the basement and part of the ground floor, upper floors in the shape of an H up to the sixth floor, generating a strip on floors 7 and 8 and finally an auction. It is built on a plot of 7,500 m² and has 25,000 m² built. It has a capacity of 276 beds. The consulting tasks carried out were the following: Engineering Review; Management planning and control; Supervision of works and administration of contracts and preparation of reports.

Hidrovía Technical Feasibility Study – Economic

Type of Work: Technical-economic feasibility study 

The objective of this contract is to develop the substantial information and studies necessary to make available and consideration to the National State, which has the power to prepare the bidding documents for the modernization, expansion, operation, maintenance of the signaling system, tasks of redrawing and maintenance of the trunk waterway of the Paraná River from Santa Fe to the Ocean.

Preliminary Draft of the Arroyo Vega basin

Type of work: Hydraulic Design, Construction Methodologies, Structures, Specifications, Computation and Budget. 

Adaptation of the Preliminary Draft of the Master Plan of Hydraulic Management of the City of Buenos Aires carried out for the VEGA Stream Basin for its execution with TBM – EPB-type Tunneling Machines – Preparation of the Bidding Documentation of the Works – Modification of the last section of the Monroe spillway, from the intersection of Av. Monroe with calle Húsares to the bridge under the FC Belgrano tracks, defining sections, construction methodologies and structures, with an Executive Project scope.

Railway Belgrano: Monje – Timbúes

Type of Work: Inspection and supervision of work and engineering. 

The main tasks carried out in the Supervision were: cleaning the section and the conditioning of channels and sewer beds; auscultation of the existing rails, removal of the existing track, its disarmament, classification, transport and storage; conformation of the new subgrade and cross-sectional profile of the track zone, according to the typical profile specification, design standards and the executive project approved by the Inspection; assembly and installation of the new narrow gauge track structure (consisting of long rails welded by electric butt welding, elastic fixings and concrete sleepers); provision and watering of stone ballast and its compaction and the consequent transversal and longitudinal leveling of the new track by means of manual lifting, mechanized and mechanized finishing to obtain the definitive positioning; renovation, rehabilitation and overhaul of Track Devices; renewal of Level Crossings (PAN); Reconditioning of rails used for use. The work included the review of the Contractor’s socio-environmental Management Plan and the monitoring of its implementation.

Exploitation of Hydrocarbons Cuenca Austral Ara – Cañadón Alfa

Type of work: Technical assistance, project monitoring and supervision of the detailed engineering of the works. 

a) El Huemul Project: Treatment of crude oil to meet the specifications required in Pico Truncado (Y.P.F.): 3,000 m³ / day of crude oil treated for a specification of 0.5% BSW. Treatment of oily water to be suitable for reinjection: 5,000 m³ / day of treated water. Measurement of the volume of crude in Pico Truncado. Auxiliary services. Fuel gas. Extension of the fire network. Construction of a new 10 MVA transformer substation. b) Cañadón Alfa Project: New gas treatment plant, with a capacity of 4,000,000 m³ / day and forecast to reach a maximum capacity of 6,700,000 m³ / day. New compression facilities for medium pressure (MP) with a capacity of 7,000,000 m³ / day, which will raise the pressure from 36 kg / cm² to 73.5 kg / cm². Expansion of services, to reach the new total capacity of the plant. Underground power line from the Cullén river. Fire fighting services: tanks, pumps and network. Waste gas burning system. Drainage system. New gas pipelines (3,000 m of 10 “).

Drinking water for the cities of La Ceiba, El Progreso and Puerto Cortés

Type of Work: Executive project, Direction and technical inspection of the work. 

Project calculation population: 160,000 inhabitants. Population and consumption studies. Choice of surface and underground water supply sources, chemical and bacteriological analyzes. Topography work. Preliminary draft of the intake and conduction works, the water purification treatment systems and the distribution network and storage reserves. Executive projects, including specifications, calculations, budgets and technical documentation for the call for bids for the works.

Inspections of drinking water works that include the purification of water from surface sources for the cities of La Ceiba, Puerto Cortés and El Progreso for a future population served by the works of 240,000 inhabitants.
The works to be inspected included in La Ceiba and Puerto Cortés: works for taking surface water from the river, lifting station, water treatment plant, conduction lines, storage tanks and distribution networks. The purification facilities totaled a capacity of 0.540 m³ / s.
In Progreso, the works included: well field, conduction lines, storage tank and distribution network.
For the three works, the following tasks were carried out in parallel: Project review, Work progress control, Scheduling, execution and control of field tests, Quality control and inspection of materials and equipment, in the factory and in works. Laboratory tests. Monthly measurement of the executed works and review of the works certificates, Reception and control of dispatch of equipment and materials, Provisional and definitive reception of the works. The hydroelectromechanical work has 3,500 m³ of concrete.

Nueva Costa del Plata Urbanization

Type of work: Pre-feasibility and technical feasibility of infrastructure services at the Master Plan level. 

The work in charge of Latinoconsult S.A. It includes the determination of the technical pre-feasibility of the works to be carried out in the infrastructure services of drinking water, sewer, electricity and gas corresponding to the urban refunctionalization on the Avellaneda and Quilmes riverside called “Nueva Costa del Plata” at the Master Plan level. . The total intervened area is 2,317,700 m² out of a total area of 1,841,925 m².
