Derivation weir in Santiago del Estero

Name: Inspection of the works: Diversion dam on the Salado River, connecting canal with the Canal de Dios, Cruz Bajada, Copo District.
Brief description: The constructed works include an intake that allowed a flow of 18 m³/s to be diverted from the river, feeding the Connecting Canal (0.5 km long) to the flow distribution node and, from there, to the previously constructed section of the Canal de Dios (22.8 km long).

Hidrovía Technical Feasibility Study – Economic

Name: Preparation of the bidding documents for the next concession period of the trunk waterway system for dredging, beaconing, and waterway maintenance works.

Railway Belgrano: Monje – Timbúes

Name: Review of the executive project and inspection of the complete renovation of the track infrastructure of the General Belgrano Railway (Branch F1, Section: Monje to Timbúes).
Brief description: The main tasks included supervising the cleaning and preparation of the area, removing and grading the existing track, and preparing the site for the new installation. The new narrow gauge track structure was then assembled, using long welded rails, concrete sleepers, and elastic fasteners. The project included the renovation of track switches and level crossings, the reconditioning of used rails, and monitoring of the contractor’s socio-environmental management plan.

Brief description: El Huemul Project: Crude oil treatment to meet 3,000 m³/day for a 0.5% BSW specification. Oily water treatment to be suitable for reinjection at 5,000 m³/day. Crude oil volume measurement at Pico Truncado. Auxiliary services. Fuel gas. Extension of the fire network. Construction of a new 10 MVA transformer substation.
Cañadón Alfa Project: New gas treatment plant, with a capacity of 4,000,000 m³/day and planned to reach a maximum capacity of 6,700,000 m³/day. New medium pressure (MP) compression facilities with a capacity of 7,000,000 m³/day. m³/day, which will increase the pressure to 73.5 kg/cm². Services expansion to reach the plant’s new full capacity. Underground power line from the Cullén River. Firefighting services: tanks, pumps, and network. Waste gas flaring system. Drainage system. New gas pipelines (3,000 m of 10″ diameter).

Selection of supply sources (surface and underground), chemical and bacteriological analysis. Topography. Preliminary design of the intake and conveyance works, water treatment systems, distribution network, and storage reserves. Documents, calculations, budgets, and technical documentation for the call for bids.

Technical direction and inspection of works for the cities of La Ceiba, Puerto Cortés, and El Progreso.
Includes the purification of water from surface sources for a future population of 240,000 inhabitants served by the works. In La Ceiba and Puerto Cortés, these included: Surface water intake works from the river, station Lift, water treatment plant, pipelines, storage tanks, and distribution networks (capacity of 0.540 m³/s).
In El Progreso, these included: well field, pipelines, storage tank, and distribution network.
