Mitre Railway Viaduct

Name: Preliminary design and technical environmental impact study for an elevated railway viaduct on the FC Mitre tracks (Tigre branch).
Brief description: The project proposes integrating the volume of the viaduct into the urban space. The current Lisandro de la Torre and Belgrano C stations will need to be developed at a high level, including the corresponding building modifications. The elimination of level crossings will allow for an increase in the speed and frequency of the trains.

Puerto Madero Urbanization

Name: Executive project and construction management and inspection of the service infrastructure for stage C (east sector) of the Antiguo Puerto Madero urbanization.
Brief description: The project was developed for an urbanization in an area of approximately 30 ha, located east of Docks 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the old Puerto Madero. It included pavements, horizontal and vertical demarcation and light signaling, potable water, sewage and storm drains, medium and low voltage electrical energy, natural gas, telephone, cable television, data transmission, and public lighting. Total population: 115,000 inhabitants.

Transmilenio NQS – Bogotá

Name: Supervision of the adaptation of the NQS Trunk Line of the Transmilenio System.
Brief description: The works involved the adaptation of the NQS Trunk Line, between streets 92 and 68, contemplating 5 lanes in each direction, the implementation of 16 low-level railway crossings and 3 level railway crossings, and the displacement of part of the railway network. The work included the review of the socio-environmental Management Plan.

Underground River to Lomas and LS Nᵒ 1

Name: Work inspection service for the Underground River to Lomas and Pumping Station No. 1 project.
Brief description: The works consisted of the construction of a tunnel with an internal diameter of 3.90 m and a length of 13.54 km using a TBM (tunnel boring machine), from the expansion of the AySA water treatment plant in Bernal to the town of Temperley. At the end of the tunnel, a pumping station was built to improve the drinking water supply to various districts of Greater Buenos Aires.

Chaco-Corrientes bridge

Type of Work: Project review and construction supervision. 

At the time of its construction, this bridge, reinforced with precast and post-tensioned concrete girder-box elements, was considered the longest in South America. It is a communication route more than 1,600 m long, which crosses the Paraná River, and which has been of fundamental importance for the economic and social relations of the Chaco and Corrientes provinces. The tasks carried out were the review of the preliminary project and assistance in the selection of the contractor. Preparation and supervision of the complementary research program. Final design for the Maldonado stream

Highways project- PPP, Buenos Aires

Name: Executive Project for the works on Road Corridor A, part of the “Network of Highways and Safe Routes Project. PPP Project – Stage 1”.
Brief description: Preliminary Project, Preliminary Design, and Executive Project, including field studies (topography and geotechnics). BIM modeling with LOD 300 scope for the road layout. 3D coordination and clash detection. The works consisted of 124 km of roadway duplication (twinning), 32 km of bypasses, and 450 km of “Safe Route” upgrades.

Paraná de las Palmas Water Plant

Name: Executive Project, Detail Engineering, and Technical Assistance for the Construction of the North Area Water Treatment System
Brief description: The objective of the project was to provide potable water to a population of 4,000,000 inhabitants. The works consisted of: a) 2 Water Intake Works; b) 1 Tunnel, 16 km in length and Ø 3,600 mm; c) 1 Water Treatment Plant with a capacity of 900,000 m³/day; d) 2 Large-scale Pumping Stations; and e) 6 Aqueducts.
