Mitre Railway Viaduct

Name: Preliminary design and technical environmental impact study for an elevated railway viaduct on the FC Mitre tracks (Tigre branch).
Brief description: The project proposes integrating the volume of the viaduct into the urban space. The current Lisandro de la Torre and Belgrano C stations will need to be developed at a high level, including the corresponding building modifications. The elimination of level crossings will allow for an increase in the speed and frequency of the trains.

Transmilenio NQS – Bogotá

Name: Supervision of the adaptation of the NQS Trunk Line of the Transmilenio System.
Brief description: The works involved the adaptation of the NQS Trunk Line, between streets 92 and 68, contemplating 5 lanes in each direction, the implementation of 16 low-level railway crossings and 3 level railway crossings, and the displacement of part of the railway network. The work included the review of the socio-environmental Management Plan.

Chaco-Corrientes bridge

Type of Work: Project review and construction supervision. 

At the time of its construction, this bridge, reinforced with precast and post-tensioned concrete girder-box elements, was considered the longest in South America. It is a communication route more than 1,600 m long, which crosses the Paraná River, and which has been of fundamental importance for the economic and social relations of the Chaco and Corrientes provinces. The tasks carried out were the review of the preliminary project and assistance in the selection of the contractor. Preparation and supervision of the complementary research program. Highways project- PPP, Buenos Aires

Name: Executive Project for the works on Road Corridor A, part of the “Network of Highways and Safe Routes Project. PPP Project – Stage 1”.
Brief description: Preliminary Project, Preliminary Design, and Executive Project, including field studies (topography and geotechnics). BIM modeling with LOD 300 scope for the road layout. 3D coordination and clash detection. The works consisted of 124 km of roadway duplication (twinning), 32 km of bypasses, and 450 km of “Safe Route” upgrades.

Subway Line “E”: Retiro – Bolívar

Name: Supervision and approval of basic and conceptual engineering and inspection of civil works for Buenos Aires Subway Line E
Brief description: This project covered the 2,800 m section between Plaza de Mayo (Bolívar Station) and Retiro Station.
The project consisted of a tunnel and three stations, two of which connect with Lines B and C. The work included tunnels and other structures, geotechnics, concrete technology, architecture, environmental, occupational health and safety, interference with public services, sanitary engineering, and legal and contractual aspects. The work included review of the contractor’s socio-environmental management plan and monitoring of its implementation.

Zárate – Brazo Largo Bridge Complex

Name: Executive project for the land connection with Mesopotamia. Zárate-Brazo Largo Complex.
Brief description: As part of the assignment, the firm prepared the designs for the superstructure and road and rail infrastructure, including the new Zárate station and complementary foundation artwork. Prior to the design phase, the firm also undertook the direction of topographical investigations, drilling, and the discovery of materials necessary for construction, as well as geotechnical and material strength testing.

Ezeiza International Airport – Land side

Name: Ezeiza International Airport – Landside
Brief description: The works included the following specialties: Structures; thermomechanical installations, drinking water, sewers, storm drains, gas, fire protection, fire detection, roads. Traffic study, geotechnics, topography, demolitions. Buildings affected: New control tower, new fire station, new main terminal, new service and escape tunnels, energy house, new level parking; refurbishment of the current Departures Terminal for domestic service; bridges over the Ricchieri Highway and over the underground railway line. Construction schedule agreed upon with Estudio Arq. MSGSSS and AA2000.

Subway Line “D”: Carranza – Congreso de Tucumán

Name: Project Review and Inspection of Works for the Extension of Line “D” of the Buenos Aires Subway.
Brief Description: Included: tunnel, stations, electrical, sanitary, and service installations; laying of overhead lines along the entire length. Renewal of partial track sections and extension of tracks from Carranza Station to Congreso de Tucumán. Renewal of the signaling systems between Catedral and Ministro Carranza Stations and extension of the systems from Carranza to Congreso de Tucumán. Renewal of the Santa Fe Subway. Expansion of the Carlos Pellegrini and Plaza Italia Subways. Equipment for the Colegiales Subway and related works. Provision and installation of escalators.

Transmilenio 26th Street – Bogotá

Name: Technical supervision of the adaptation works on Calle 26 (Av. Jorge Eliécer Gaitán) and Carrera 10ª (Av. Fernando Mazuera) to the Transmilenio System.
Brief description: Supervision of the construction of flexible and rigid pavement roads, improvement and construction of public spaces, construction and rehabilitation of water and sewer networks, public service networks (natural gas, Telecom, ETB, EPM, and Codensa), signage, and social and environmental supervision. The work included the review of the Contractor’s Socio-Environmental Management Plan and monitoring of its implementation.

Name: Detailed engineering of the new departure terminal and underground parking lot at Ezeiza International Airport.
Brief description: a) Departures Hall: total area of ​​25,000 m². b) Parking lot on three levels (two of them underground). Total area of ​​14,000 m². c) Remodeling of a 3,000 m² area of ​​the boarding waiting hall at the current International Pier.
